Recipient’s line on DND
When sending bulk SMS, it is important to ensure no recipient’s phone number is active on Do Not Disturb (DND) service. Messages sent to DND numbers cannot deliver due to communication restrictions.
To resolve this, simply ask the recipient to deactivate his line from DND manually or contact his network provider to do an automatic deactivation. Read how to deactivate lines from DND.
Wrong format in phone numbers
Message sent using the wrong phone number formats (such as +234-801-2345-678, 0801-2345-678 or other formats) other than the acceptable formats; would not deliver. Acceptable formats on SMSexperience are 2348012345678, 08012345678, +2348012345678.
The solution to this is to always ensure you use the right phone number format when entering recipients’ phone numbers.

Entering wrong phone number
If by mistake you entered a wrong recipient phone numbers or omitted/misplaced a digit, message sent would definitely not deliver to intended recipient. To resolve this, be sure you enter correct recipient phone number without omissions or misplacements of digits.
Sending texts to MTN numbers without Registered Sender ID
If you’re experiencing failed messages while sending to MTN line(s), you probably have not registered your Sender ID with MTN. This is due to a new standard introduced by MTN which makes it impossible for unregistered Sender IDs to send text messages to MTN numbers.
In this case, you would need to register your Sender ID by sending your Username and preferred Sender ID to info@smsexperience.com before your message can be delivered to an MTN line. Uploading phonebook files using wrong format
SMSexperience allows you to upload an already pre-made phonebook unto your recipients’ block. However, files can only be uploaded in Excel or Notepad format. Files uploaded in other formats would cause an error and messages sent would not deliver.
